Biography
When Ray Allen Farmer was born on March 3, 1923, in Marshalltown, Iowa, his father, Lester, was 26 and his mother, Veda, was 24. He graduated from Venice High School, in Los Angeles. He served in the Army Air Corp during WWII. He married Lucille Duncan, a widow, and mother of two, in 1965. He died on June 20, 2001, in Fortuna, California, at the age of 78.
