It appears the Samuel Farmer, Sr and his wife Sarah Duvall and Samuel Farmer, Jr and his wife Sarah Clarke have been merged in "Mareen Duvall of Middle Plantation" on page 61-62. These 3 children (Mary, Priscilla and Samuel III) are likely the children of Samuel Jr.
