James Stout Farnsworth, son of Daniel and Rachel Stout (daughter of James "Turler" and Lydia Manners Stout) born November 22 1793 in Staten Island, New York and died November 14 1878 in Gilmer County, West Virginia. He married Abigail Wilcox, daughter of March 12 1815 in Middlesex, New Jersey. [1]
They emigrated with his parents to Buckhannon, Upshur County, (West) Virginia in 1821.
Rachel Elizabeth b March 28 1816 Staten Island, New York, d Feb 26 1860,[4] m Jacob Osburn (Osbourne). They were living beside her parents in the 1850 census. After Rachel's death he married Elizabeth N Slaven, widow of Joseph Springstone. [5]
