You can do a GEDCOM upload. The GEDCOMpare process guide has tips on how to use the data in your file most efficiently. Read through this and see if it answers any questions. You will be comparing the people in your tree to people who already exists as profiles in Wikitree to keep from making duplicates. If you have a large amount of relatives to import, it is a good idea to split up the GEDCOM file. One member suggested this:
I find it easier to create a new tree from an existing tree with GRAMPS. You can simply choose a reference person and set which groups of people should belong to it. So download a GEDCOM from Ancestry and open it in GRAMPS. How it works is well explained here. https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Splitting_a_GEDCOM#GRAMPS.
