Della Marie Farr was born on October 1, 1938 in Industry, Illinois. She was the daughter of Samuel Farr and Frances Richards. She married Lyle Dean Royer on December 23, 1957, in Colchester, Illinois. Della was a life member of the American Legion Libertyville, Illinois Post and was of the Methodist faith. She loved quilting, knitting and crocheting. She died in Mountain Home, Arkansas on November 8, 2012, at the age of 74.
