King, born in 1886, was the son of William Farrell and Frances Allen. [1] He studied civil engineering at the University of Toronto, graduating in 1911.
In 1921 he married Nellie May Jenkins in Louisiana.[2]
In 1940 he and Nellie were recorded in the U.S. Census living in Seattle, Washington, where King worked as a civil engineer.[3]

King was born July 26, 1886. Registered as a Civil Engineer (Ontario Land Surveyors) May 21, 1915. Enlisted as Lieutenant in the CEF June 1, 1917. Emigrated to the U.S. March 19, 1926 to join his wife Nellie M. Farrell (nee:Jenkins) in Ann Arbor, MI. King died May 6, 1954. Nellie died July 1968.
