Biography

Moses was born in 1726. He is the son of Jonathan Farren and Sarah Wells. [1]

Military Service at age 51 in Nathan Hales Regiment March 18,1777 [2]

1778 pay abstract for 1 month service in 2nd Battalion of New Hampshire Tories. [3]

Muster Roll for service as a private in the company of same Capt. Caleb Robinson of 2nd Battalion of New Hampshire Tories in the Service of the United states of America. 1779 [4]

He married Mary Shephard before 1765 and they are listed as parents in their daughter Sarah's marriage record in 1786.[5]
