In 1910, Dock, 49, lived in the household of his son, Mack, 21, his wife, Carrie, 20, and Dock’s daughter, Bettie, 19. In 1920, Dock, 60, single, lived in Chatham, NC. In 1930, he was 69, widowed, and lived in Baldwin, Chatham, NC, as a boarder with the Charlie Byrum family (probably relatived of his late wife, Lizzie Bynum?).
