Emma was born in 1871 She was the daughter of Charles Faulkner and Anna Bright Faulkner. She married Lewis B. Jolliff on April 2, 1891 in Mount Vernon, Jefferson County, Illinois. His parents were Elizah Jolliff and Sarah Forbes.[1]
