Albert Edward Faulkner was the third child of Albert Edward Faulkner and Alice (Manns) Faulkner.^[1][2]

He was born 27 June 1894 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England and was baptised 15 July 1894 at the church of St Matthew, Duddeston, Warwickshire.^[1][3]
