Research Notes

In the Chancery Cause, Obadiah Faulkner BY ETC v. EXR OF Jacob Faulkner, case 1842-012, image 82, is a summon dated 1838. It lists Thomas Faulkner Jr., Samuel G. Watts and Catherine his wife, Richard Boyd and Dianna, his wife, Harriet Faulkner, Robert Faulkner Adm. of Jacob Faulkner, Thomas Faulkner, John Faulkner and James Faulkner. The bill is against them by “Jacob Faulkner an infant under the age, of 21 years who sues by Thomas Faulkner his father and next friend.”

I believe that Harriet Faulkner, daughter of Thomas was married to Jacob Faulkner the son of James Faulkner and Martha Jordan.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Thomas by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Thomas:

Thomas Faulkner and Frances Sizemore are my 3rd great-grandparents.

She is my first cousin 5x removed. For some reason the other profile you created didn't come up when I created one for her or I wouldn't have made a new one. I was just trying to tie the Sizemore family together. Her father is brother to my 4th great-grandfather.
