All my estate to my well beloved wife during her naturall life and after her death my son Nicholas Faulconer have the land whereon I now live. My Negro man Tone after the death of my beloved wife Sebalah Faulconer to my son Thos. Faulconer. To my two sons Samuell and James Faulconer after the death of my wife each a feather bed with such furniture as shall then belong to them. All the residue of my estate after the death of my wif shall be equally divided among the rest of my children, David, Mary, Martha, John, Frances, Eliza:, Samuel, Ann and James Faulconer and my daughter Sarah Allen.
