All my estate to my well beloved wife during her naturall life and after her death my son Nicholas Faulconer have the land whereon I now live. My Negro man Tone after the death of my beloved wife Sebalah Faulconer to my son Thos. Faulconer. To my two sons Samuell and James Faulconer after the death of my wife each a feather bed with such furniture as shall then belong to them. All the residue of my estate after the death of my wif shall be equally divided among the rest of my children, David, Mary, Martha, John, Frances, Eliza:, Samuel, Ann and James Faulconer and my daughter Sarah Allen. Thomas Munday declared he was at the house of the testator at which time he heard the testator acknowledge a writing to be his last will and testament and believes this to be the same.
