Biography
Sally Fauntleroy is a part of US Black heritage.
Sally was born about 1836. She passed away after 1836.
In 1836, Benjamin Chaires purchased the Fauntleroy Plantation for $25,000 from George Fauntleroy. The property covered 800 acres and came with 57 slaves, including Sally. [1]
After the death of owner Benjamin Chaires in 1838, a public notice was posted on 29 Jun 1842 for the sale of slaves from Fauntleroy Place, including Sally. [2]
