Biography

John Faure was a Huguenot emigrant (1540-1790).
Jean, son of Pierre and his first wife, is named in his father's 1744 will as John Ford. He was executor with his brother Daniell.[1] In 1746, John witnessed his aunt's (Elizabeth Faure Morriset) last will and testament. Thomas Ellyson and William Lacy were also witnesses.[2]

In his will he mentions his daughter Elizabeth and Mary. The will was probated by Mary, who is listed as a widow in 1748. This information conflicts with the date listed above.

Faure-256 and Faure-27 appear to represent the same person because: Looks like clear duplicate.

Thanks Tom... what do you have that from?

I have Anne Renault (1700-1737) as this Faure-27 's spouse. This appears to be the same Renault-25 listed as the spouse of this Faure's father (Faure-7). Fauer-27 and Renault-25 married in 1718 in Sablon France.
