    Cruelty is Ground for Divorce Decree
    Judgement for divorce was granted Forest Fawley, 34, this morning in the county court from Eabert V Fawley, 42, Oshkosh, by default on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment.
    The plaintiff was allowed to resume her maiden name of Forest Martin, and she was given the household furniture. The plaintiff was granted permission to apply to the court for an order of alimony when the defendant becomes financially able.
    Testimony was taken Friday afternoon at Sunnyview sanitarium where the plaintiff is a patient. She testified her husband struck her without cause, lied to her about his association with other women. The defendent has been on probation to the state board of control following conviction to a charge of forgery Dec 28, 1937. The couple married in 1928.
