E. church, the Rev. Perry of Wenatchee officiating.

The music was rendered by a quartet composed of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Ogden, Mrs. Harley Farley and Elmer Boyd, with Mrs. Mable Morse at the piano. The pall bearers, all members of the family were; H. R. Kingman, M. M. Kingman, Harvey Varney, L. Kingman, L. Keith Kingman and W. Kenneth Kingman.

There was an abundance of floral offerings and the church was comfortably filled with old and true friends who were there to pay their last respects to the memory of Mrs. Hopkins. Interment was in the Chelan cemetery.

Mrs. Emma Fay Hopkins was born at Bowling Green, Ohio, October 15, 1847. She was married near Council Bluffs, Iowa, December 7, 1865, just following the civil war. She lived at Chelan for the last 30 years and for 60 years had been a member of the Methodist church. Mr. Hopkins was a faithful wife, devoted mother, and moreover, she put her religion into her everyday life.
