Biography

Sarah was born on 15 June 1788 and baptised at Salhouse, Norfolk, England seven days later [1].

Sarah married Robert Farman (a 3rd cousin) on 8 November 1814 at Salhouse, Norfolk [2], and Robert Sutton, also at Salhouse, on 16 August 1836 [3].

She died on 14 April 1873 [4][5], and was buried at Salhouse, Norfolk on 20 April 1873 [6].

Memorial Inscription (WI Survey 1980). In Affectionate Remembrance of Sarah the relict of Robert SUTTON died 14th April 1873 aged 80 years For all flesh is as grass And all the glory of man as the flower of grass The grass withereth and the flower thereof falleth away But the word of the Lord endureth for ever 1.Peter xxiv.xxv
