Hi L, you merged Richard Middleton, but now there are two wives with the same name but different particulars. Please revisit.

Many thanks

Hi L.,

Thanks for self-certifying for the Pre-1700 badge! Collaboration with Pre-1700 Project members is essential for those wishing to edit Pre-1700 profiles. Collaboration is essential because those ancestors are usually shared by many descendants.

It looks like the England Project would be a good fit based on your branch of WikiTree. Review the project page to learn about resources and guidelines as well as how to collaborate with the project members.

Do you have any questions? Let me know. I'm happy to help! :-)

Remember to cite reliable sources in pre-1700 profiles you manage, or edit. (See: Pre-1700 Reliable Sources).

L Felix - Hello new member.

Wondering about pre-1700 self-certification? I don't see the badge here on your page, yet I see you are making high-level contributions - Warriner-83.

The badge page says, "before making high-level contributions, we now ask members to self-certify that they have an advanced understanding of WikiTree and how to interpret genealogical sources."

edit: Your comments suggested you are making actual changes to profiles, but upon closer scrutiny, I see only comments, no changes.

Please self-certify pre-1700 quiz. Thank you.

I haven’t made changes to any profile on Wikitree.

I hadn’t considered my areas of interest high-level. (I quite like sourcing is all.) I can delete my comments if necessary. Apologies.

I have seen only comments, L. Felix, as I noted in my original comment above. Nice that you are interested in reliable sources.

All profiles that are in the Puritan Great Migration project would be considered high-level, as well as the relationships to the PGM profile. There are so many descendants interested in these profiles of people who migrated between 1621 & 1640. May I suggest that you gain some more experience with WikiTree, by working on post 1700 ancestors for a while? write biographies using inline citations to accurate sources? Then maybe you would be interested in joining our project some day? It looks like you may make a good prospective member of PGM.

Here's our project page:https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:Puritan_Great_Migration especially check out the project guidelines and links

Enjoy!

Thanks for upgrading and signing the Honor Code, L. You are all set to collaborate with our members now. I hope you discover as much about your family as I have about mine over the years.

Check out the How-to pages for some quick tips on working with both the Wiki pages and our other members. There is some great information in those pages.

If you have questions about how WikiTree works, let me know. You can use the "reply" link under this comment or click my name, then ask in the comment section of my page.
