Harris Devereaux Fenlason was born in March 1865. (His name could be Devereaux Harris Fenlason.)
Devereaux Fenlason, b. 18 March 1864, the son of Titus and Mary Fenlason, married Ella E. Day, the daughter of Abiah Day, on 07 Sep 1885 at Wesley, Maine.[1] (Ella May Hayward Day, 10 Aug 1885)[2] Ella died on 12 July 1895 in Lowell, Massachusetts. They had two children:[3]
Nettie Mae, b. 16 Jan 1886, m. Richard James Sennett 10 Mar 1908

In 1900, Harris "Fenderson," a 35 year old blacksmith, lived with his wife Agnes and two children in Lawrence, Essex, Massachusetts. Agnes and Harris have been married for 0 years.[4]
In 1910, Harris D. Fenlason, a 44 year old blacksmith, lived with his wife of 10 years, Agnes, 33, and son Harris, an 18 year old machinist, in Lowell, Middlesex, Massachusetts. This is Harris's second marriage and Agnes's first, and Agnes hasn't had any children. All were born in Maine.[5]
On 7 July 1920 in Eastport, Maine, Devereaux Fenlason married Phoebe Seeley[6] or Garnett .[7]
