Edward Fenn has been shown with parents Benjamin Fenn and Sarah (Baldwin) Fenn. However, there is no evidence to support this parentage, even though it seems very possible. Research by Jacobus [1] and others have found no evidence of a certain link between Benjamin Fenn, of Milford Connecticut, and Edward Fenn of Wallingford, Connecticut.[2]
As such, the unproven father and mother have been removed from his profile.
Biography
According to one source, Edward Fenn was born in 1644 and died February 2, 1728, at age 84 years.[3]. However, according to Jacobus, Edward Fenn was born calculated 1663 and died 1732.[4][1]
The Edward Fenn family of Wallingford, Conn., had no known connection with the Milford family, but oddly enough, the two families intermarried in Plymouth.[1]
Edward married Mary Thorpe November 15, 1688 in Wallingford, Connecticut.[5]
