This william & Rachel, Rachel must be daughter of above. William Neatherlin and Rachel Fenner was born in Holland.]

In January 1804, William Neatherlin was award a land grant by Settlement, Grant #111, listed Grassroots of America, Ref. American State Papers #2:245 on the waters of Beaver Creek, then onJuly 4, 1807, he got another grant of 160 acres in St. Helena Parish Louisiana. William Neatherlin was baptized in the Ebenezer Baptist Church 4/4/1813 and Rachel was baptized on 7/3/1813.

On 9/4/1813, William was chosen to serve as church treasurer which he held until his death in 9/1815. On 10/28/1815, Rachel got her letter of dismissal from the church when she moved to Lincoln County, MS, Fair River area to live with son Levi.

He sold 100 acres of land for 20 pounds sterling to Thomas Walker in Richmond County, Georgia.

William Neatherlin was a tanner, saddle maker and shoe maker.
