Biography

Phoebe Fenner, daughter of John and Sarah (Clarke) Fenner, was born 6 September 1673 in Saybrook, Connecticut. She was married to David Buell on 11 May 1701 at Killingworth, Connecticut.[1] They had four children: Phoebe, born 7 April 1702; Jedediah, born 2 December 1704; Sarah, born 28 February 1710 and Lucia, born 13 February 1713.[2]
