Biography
James Fenton, son of Walter Fenton and Ann Barnes, [1] was baptised on 23 March 1761 at Old Church, Smethwick, Staffordshire. [1] He married Phebe Bearsley on 20 January 1783 at St Peter's church, Harborne, Staffordshire. [2]
