Born October 11, 1934, in Branchland, W.Va., a son of the late David Ferguson and Iva Brunty Ferguson Price. Preceded in death by brothers Jennings Ray and Glenn Ferguson. Survivors include his wife, Mary Lou Aliff Ferguson; daughters, Sharon Cauthorne (Allen), Bonnie Alexander, Deborah Mollohan (David); sons, Manuel Ferguson, Arthur Ferguson, Greg Ferguson (Janet), Timothy Ferguson, Leslie Ferguson (Denise), Earl Ferguson (Joyce) and Carlos Ferguson; five sisters, Phyllis Vance (Garnett), Della Delinger, Faye Adkins (Jack), Maxine Ratcliff, Loretta Adkins (Wayne); brothers, Donald Ferguson(Loraine), James Ferguson (Nellie), Linvelle Ferguson (Dorothy), Damon Ferguson, Elbert Ferguson (Jenny), David Ferguson and Bobby Ferguson (Sandra); 17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Burial December 15, 2004 at the Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington, WV.
WOODROW MANUEL FERGUSON, 70, of Huntington, W.Va., died Monday, December 13, 2004, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 15, 2004, at Morris Funeral Home Chapel, Wayne, W.Va., by Rev. Archie Frazier. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington. He was born October 11, 1934, in Branchland, W.Va., a son of the late David Ferguson and Iva Brunty Ferguson Price. Woodrow was a retired carpenter for Eastwood Construction. Two brothers, Jennings Ray and Glenn Ferguson, also preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Mary Lou Aliff Ferguson; three daughters, Sharon Cauthorne (Allen) of Lady Smith, Va., Bonnie Alexander of Akron, Ohio, Deborah Mollohan (David) of Huntington; seven sons, Manuel Ferguson of Huntington, Arthur Ferguson of South Point, Ohio, Greg Ferguson (Janet), Timothy Ferguson, Leslie Ferguson (Denise), Earl Ferguson (Joyce) and Carlos Ferguson, all of Huntington, W.Va.; five sisters, Phyllis Vance (Garnett) of Branchland, W.Va., Della Delinger of Crewe, Va., Faye Adkins (Jack) and Maxine Ratcliff of Milton, W.Va., Loretta Adkins (Wayne), of Huntington, W.Va.; seven brothers, Donald Ferguson (Loraine) of Crown City, Ohio, James Ferguson (Nellie) of Lady Smith, Va., Linvelle Ferguson (Dorothy) of Branchland, W.Va., Damon Ferguson, Elbert Ferguson (Jenny), David Ferguson and Bobby Ferguson (Sandra), all of Huntington, W.Va.; 17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, and a special friend, Hubert Davis of Huntington.
