Delores was born in 1943. She is the daughter of Jack Fernandez and Nelle Thurston. Having been born in Mankato, MN, she moved to Florida before she was 3 months old. She has always been interested in who she was related to as all her known family was still in Blue Earth County, MN. 1. Categories Team
2. Counties Team

5. Profile Improvement Team
6. Topics Team
7. Diaspora

Can you let me know which team(s) you’d like to join.

Many thanks,

Hi Dee,

We realise the time has come to dissolve the UK Project in favour of the individual country projects of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

We are checking in with all UK badge holders to find out which country project(s) you would like to be in so you can collaborate with other members, have the opportunity to select which team(s) you would like to join, and so we can ensure you have all the correct badges.

Please respond by PM to let us know which country project(s) you would like to be in. Please don’t assume we know. We are effectively starting from scratch to make sure no one falls through the cracks.

Once you have done this, the Coordinator for Membership in the relevant country project(s) will be in touch to help get you situated.

Many thanks,

Hi Dee, I add you to Elizabeth (Unknown) Gray's [Unknown-378816] trusted list. Sorry I didn't do it sooner but I just saw the request. I haven't been on WikiTree much or my email at all since my phone was stolen about 2 months ago. Thankfully I'm getting out of the funk and should be getting a good quality one on Friday.

Hi Dee and thanks for your message.

The Scotland Project and Wales Project are part of the umbrella UK Project. I've therefore added the UK project badge to your profile. If you click on the badge it will take you to the full list of our wonderful members. Click on United Kingdom Project will take you the first page of the project. Scroll down to participants. I've added your good self and your Country of interest etc. I've also added you to the Scotland and Wales Project member interests page. I've done likewise for the Irish Roots Project

Thanks for joining, enjoy and good luck with your research.

Dee, You are now officially a member of the Mayflower project. Thank you for joining. Please remember to check into g2g regularly to see any project announcements and to coordinate your work. There were only 100 passengers on the Mayflower, but we have over 230 people working on the project.

I notice you're adding the Mayflower tag, welcome! Under the Mayflower umbrella we all might be direct descendants of different people, but with our common bond, we're like family. I'm a descendent of Allerton, and Priest and I'm working on others with lots of sourcing to work on. Good luck in your Mayflower journey and maybe we'll end up as cousins!

Hi Dee

I see that you just did the Pre-1700 Self-Certification. That's great!

Is there a particular time period, location, or topic you're interested in? Maybe you have some historically-significant ancestors?

You may want to add some tags on your page indicating a family name for one tag and a specific location like Minnesota, for another tag and then add other surnames or locations as tags as desired. That way you will be connected to others with the same interest.

Click on to add or remove tags. Be sure to add comments explaining why you're following the tags. Those appear on your profile too.
