Biography

Giorgio Ferrara is born and baptized Georgium on 5 November 1856. He is the son of Antonino Ferrara and Benedetta Cinquemani. His godparents are Leoluca Gennaro and Antonina Colletto.

Giorgio is the third son with this name, after his paternal grandfather.

Giorgio marries Gaetana Piranio, daughter of the late Giovanni Piranio and the living Antonina Profita, on 10 May 1886. His parents are living.

The following month, Giorgio's sister, Leoluchina, marries Gaetana's brother, Vincenzo.

His younger sister, Maria, marries another of Gaetana's brothers, Mariano, in 1889.

Death of Giorgio

Giorgio dies at age 46 on 16 July 1903. He is the widower of Gaetana Piranio.^[1]
