Biography
Mrs. Florence McCoy, 68, died at 2 a. m Thursday at her home, 313 West Maryland Avenue, after a lingering illness.
Member of the Church of God.
Survivors: sons, Marion, Luther and Ralph McCoy; daughters, Mrs. Maggie Hassler, Mrs. Pearl Davis, Mrs. Lillie Green and Miss Irene McCoy; brother, Harve Ferrell; sister, Mrs. Lillie Wilson, all of Knoxville.
The body will be taken to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Maggie Hassler, 624 North Johnson Street at 3 p. m. Thursday. Services 2 p. m. Saturday at Lonsdale Church of God, Rev. Clarence Latham officiating. Interment Bookwalter Cemetery. Brewer's in charge.
