An on-line tree has an Elizabeth Ferris born 1741 in Lympne, Kent, England, daughter of Thomas and Martha Ferris, and the website claims she married Thomas Newman[2][3]. But I have not found a 1741 baptism of Elizabeth Ferris in Lympne, on either Find My Past or Family Search. I suspect the 1741 is a transcription error.

If A or C refer to her, she is the daughter of Benjamin Ferris, and great aunt of Elizabeth Ferris, who married her son William Newman

C and D are probably too late, because

If she were born in 1752, she would only be 14 when she married in 1766
if she were born in 1755, she would only be 11 when she married in 1766

A is problematic, because Benjamin and Mary baptised two daughters named Elizabeth, one in 1748 and one in 1752. It seems likely that the one born in 1748 died before 1752, but I have not been able to find a burial for her.

That leaves B (1752, dau of Thomas and Martha) as the most likely, but it is by no means certain.
