Biography
Samuel was born about 1806. He was the son of John Fesmire and Mary Steinmetz.
Samuel was a courier and lived for a time in the Village of Richmond. He married Elizabeth Snyder (1803 - 25 Jul 1862), sister of Charles Snyder who married Sophia Fesmire.
