Giuseppe Fiducia is born 26 November 1826 in his parents' home in the quartiere di S. Lorenzo, Corleone. His father, Leopoldo Fiducia, age 28, pastajo (pastamaker), reports his birth. His mother is Rosalia Magri, age 26.[1]
Giuseppe, like his father, is a pastamaker by profession (paste alimentari).[2]
He marries at least twice. Giuseppe Fiducia's former wife, Martina Russo, dies on 3 November 1883 at age 42. Martina is the daughter of unknown parents; she dies in her home with Giuseppe, at #1 via Piazza Superiore, Corleone.[3]
Her death record is in the 1884 marriage allegati of Giuseppe and his subsequent wife, Giuseppa Soldano. On 9 October 1884 Giuseppe, age 57, marries Giuseppa Soldano in the Church in Corleone. Giuseppa is age 39, the widow of Giuseppe Paparcuri, and a housewife.[4][5][6]
In 1894, Giuseppe and Giuseppa stand as godparents to Antonino Soldano, Giuseppa's brother, Paolo's son.[7]
Giuseppe dies suddenly on 27 November 1896, the day after his seventieth birthday. Giuseppa survives him.[8]
