Biography

Owen was born in 1894. He married Margaret Williams. Owen served as a SK3 in the US Navy during World War I. When he passed away in 1981, he was buried in the Oak City Cemetery, Bainbridge, Georgia.[1] He lies next to his wife and near his son.
