In 1880 Eugenie and her husband, Onesippe Arcement, are listed together living in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana. They have three children ages 5, 3, and 0 years old. Their estimated year of marriage is 1874 judging by the birth of their first child. [2]
Eugenie reportedly died in 1899. Her husband, Onesippe, was listed as a widower on the 1900 census so she certainly died before 1900.
