Andrew was born in 1948. He was the son of William Junior Fields and Lula Mae Johnson.
Andrew (age 20) married Jo Ann Peters on 9 January 1969 in Emporia, Virginia, United States.[1] Jo Ann Peters was granted a no-fault divorce from Andrew on 21 December 1984 in Virginia, United States.[2]
Andrew died (age 46) on 16 December 1994 in Henrico, North Carolina.[3][4]
