She was the daughter of Guillaume I de Fiennes, Seigneur de Fiennes and Agnès Dammartin. She married Baudouin III de Guînes, Count de Guînes, he was the son of Arnoul II, Count of Guînes and Beatrix of Bourbourg. She died in 1244.
