Note: Titus Finch is also listed on this same Census sheet. It would appear that Titus Finch and his wife Elizabeth were close neighbors of the Jenkins family and would be the most likely candidates for Emma's parents. Indeed there is a daughter of the appropriate age to be Emma.

She retains her faculties to a remarkable degree, and, though temporarily disabled by a recent fall, is still in the enjoyment of excellent health and spirits.
