Clair was born in 1917. He was the son of William Henry Finch and Orpha Pearl (Scott. He passed away in 1997.
He married Deloris Thelma Warner about 1940 in Michigan.
Clair joined the U.S. Navy and served an an EM3 during WWII.
Clair passed away in Feb 11, 1997 in Morley, Mecosta, Michigan followed with burial at the Aetna Township Cemetery (Plot: Block 48, Lot 429, Grave 2-A), Morley, Mecosta County, Michigan.
