Biography
Rebecca was born in 1815. She was the daughter of William Fincher and Susanna Katherine Sheets.
Rebecca married Isaiah Hoover on 31 Jul 1831 [1] She died young on 2 Aug 1841. [2] Isaiah remarried to Rebecca Blackburn on 14 Jun 1845 in Fulton, Indiana. [3]
