In hospital Mar-Apr 1863 May 1863. Absent sick at Murfreesboro since Apr 2/63. Apr 1865 (Detchmit) Absent detailed in city of Nashville, TN May 1865 Lose May 16/65 Nashville, Tenn by muster out.

Adam is buried at the Holston College Cemetery in Louisville, Blount, TN.
