Sister of Matt and William Smith, of Tallandoon.(?)[1]
As Miss Finlayson, she married the late Andrew Hore, brother of the late John Hore, at the age of 17. The deceased had been of a kind and cheerful disposition, and many acts of generosity had enddeared her to all with whom she had come in contact. She leaves a family of five daughters and five sons. The sons are: Messrs J. Hore, 'Fairmont,' Wagra; A. Hore. 'Ravenswood,' Sydney; Oliver J. Hore, 'Glenleigh,' Bowna; Patrick Hore 'Mugwee' Estate, Bowna and Matthew Hore, Talgarno. The daughters are Mrs. R. E. Pattison, Queensland; Mrs. W. Waite, Albury; Mrs. James Drummond, Walwa; Mrs. Derepas, Narrandera; and Mrs. H. Patterson, Forbes. [2]
