Biography

Josiah Finney (or Phinney) was born in 1849. He was the son of Josiah Phinney and Nancy Hicks. He married Mahala Sears on September 19, 1871.[1]

Josiah died in 1890 and was buried in the Midgic Cemetery.[2]
