Please ensure location data matches date of profile, avoid abbreviations add citations & links for sources to enable verification. From wiki ID go to Research to find sources

Use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find one to fit your research focus, a time period, location. Read the goals & tasks of the project, join if it fits.

Hi and welcome

You have been a member about a week. How is it going so far. Was the first page of the How-Tos helpful or did it leave you with questions?

When you click the green tags on your profile page, you can see if others follow that tag. Add locations, Country, County or town the more tags you add the more links to community & research options. You can find more information here: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Tags.

If links don't work in emails, check the comments on your profile, links will work from there.

Any questions please ask in the comment of my page or send a private message.

Lynn, perhaps but would probably be further generations back. Your great-great-grandmother Veronica came up as a possible match when I was searching for who I believe to be my great-grandmother. My Veronica Fischer is listed on the 1940 US Census as age 51 though, which would make her birth approx. 1889, so appears to be a different Veronica! Thanks for reaching out though. :)

Looks like we are some kind of distant cousins as Veronica was my Great-great-grandmother. Thanks for suggesting the merge.
