Conrad Morkal, from Huck (Splavnukha), Saratov, Russia
about 1875
probably Grimm or Huck, Saratov, Russia
Note that no matter where the couple was married, they probably lived in Huck after their marriage since there were no Morkals in the 1897 Grimm census.
Note that Find a Grave shows her month of death as October, but according to her Iowa death certificate, it was actually December. I think the error is due to a misreading of the handwriting on the death certificate. I sent a change request to Find A Grave to fix and offered to send supporting documentation. Should be fixed soon.

Fischler-93 and Fischler-46 appear to represent the same person because: These two Anna Elisabeth Fischler Morkals are a match for birth and death date, both came from Grimm, Russia, same husband. Once you approve this merge, I'm happy to do the actual merging. If you have any questions, please let me know.
