Phillip was born in 1799. He is the son of Abraham Fiscus and Catherine Aukerman. He married Nancy Smith. [1] His mother's name is given as Catherine on his christening record, but no last name is given.[2]
Family
Based on the 1830 US Census, Philip appears to have married and had two daughters born between 1825 and 1830.[3] Based on the 1840 census, he had a son born in the 1830's and one of the daughters appears to have died at a young age as only one is in the 1840 census. Philip is not found in the 1850 census for the area so he possibly died before then.[4]
