Notes

Dorothy Ashby, the spouse of this John Fish, is obscurely described. She may have been a daughter of James Ashby (1680-), of Beverly, Massachusetts, who according to his profile married Abigail Reed. A certain online family "searching" app (unreliable) also has James Ashby spousally linked with Elizabeth Brooks (1711 - 1788).
