She married Ezra Smith Beebe (1820 - 1846) on 20 Sep 1842 at Groton, Connecticut, officiated by Rev. Erastus Denison [1].
In 1860, Harriette was enumerated in the household of her parents in Groton [2]. Whereas the 1860 record does not illustrate Harriette's marital status at that time, by 1880 Harriette remained with her mother, and her marital status was widowed [3].
Harriette Elizabeth (Fish) Beebe died 20 Sep 1896 [4],[5]. Her grave is in Lower Mystic Cemetery, West Mystic, New London County, Connecticut, USA [6].
Notes
A summary item appears in a certain online family "searching" app which purports to document a marriage in 1888 of Walter Beebe, son of Harriet S. Fesk and Ezra S. Beebe, to Ann Lindsay [7]. At the time of such marriage, Walter Beebe apparently was age 45 (thus born about 1843). Unfortunately no document image is available for inspection.
Among the sources supporting the existence of such Walter Beebe are references to an earlier marriage in 1876 of Walter H. Beebe to Louisa B. Edgar [8], at which time Walter was age 33 (thus born about 1843).
Relevance of such Walter H. Beebe to the subject of this profile for Harriette Elizabeth (Fish) Beebe is unknown. Notably missing from the 1860 census record is anyone named Walter.
