  • Mary Fish is the daughter of Reverend Joseph Fish and Rebecca (Pabodie) Fish.
  • Baptism 30 May 1736 in Stonington, New London, Connecticut, United States
  • Mary married Reverend John Noyes. Children of Mary and John are:
    • John Noyes, Jr. (1763 - 1846) married Eunice Sherwood
    • James Noyes (1764 - 1844) married Anna Holbrook
  • Reverend Noyes, who was born in 1735, died in 1767. In 1775, the widow Noyes (Mary Fish) married Gold Selleck Sillman, whose first wife, Martha Davenport, had died the year before, leaving him with five children.
  • Mary and Gold added to their family of seven children two more sons:
    • Gold Selleck Silliman, Jr. (1777 - 1868)
    • Benjamin Silliman (1779 - 1864)
  • Her second husband, Gold, Sr. died July 21, 1790, in Fairfield, Connecticut. In 1804, Mary married for a third time, to Dr. J. Dickinson.
  • Mary died July 2, 1818, in Wallingford, New Haven County, Connecticut and is buried in the Great Plain Cemetery, in North Stonington, New London County, Connecticut.   • The inscription for Mary is carved on a side panel on the monument for Joseph Fish of North Stonington (her father) and it reads:
    • "Mary, daughter of Joseph & Rebecca Fish, wife of Rev. John Noyes 1758. Gen. Gold S. Silliman 1775. Dr. J. Dickinson 1804, died in Wallingford, July 2, 1818 aged 83. Cheerful piety graced her life and sustained her in death."
