American Revolutionary War service: Cyrus Fish enlisted in the Colonial Army in 1778, age 16, he served as a fifer, drummer with Captain Stanton[2] and served until the end of the war.
He married Bridget Jones, daughter of Samuel Jones (who was also a Revolutionary War soldier). They had 7 children:
Cyrus Fish died 25 Jan 1816 at Ellicott, New York. His grave is in Lake View Cemetery, Jamestown, Chautauqua County, New York, USA [3]. Per the caption of this online memorial site, his remains were moved there 24 Apr 1865 from the original burial ground near H. Baker residence.
