Biography

Harriet Fish, born 28 Sep 1862 in Groton, Connecticut, was the fifth child of Alden Fish and Sally Beebe [1],[2].

Census records trace Harriet consistently in Groton, Connecticut [3],[4]. For most of her adult life, Harriet resided with her sister Elizabeth, in the part of Stonington Township which is known as the village of Mystic [5],[6],[7],[8].

Harriet Fish died 16 June 1938. Her grave is in Fish Cemetery #18, Mystic, New London County, Connecticut, USA [9], in what appears to be a collective family plot.

Notes

The Fish genealogy incorrectly published her birth year as 1864, which is countered by her birth record as 1862.
