Polly Fish was born in Sandwich, Barnstable, Massachusetts on 02 April 1781, the daughter of Stephen and Hannah (Goodspeed) Fish.^[1]

Polly Chadwick died on 04 March 1868 in Wheaton, DuPage County, Illinois, at age 86.^[2]
