Fisher-17236 and Fisher-376 do not represent the same person because: ;[[Fisher-17236| William Herbert Fisher was the son of Harper Fisher and Arabell Dales, born in Cherry Burton, East Yorkshire, England. He became a carter in the nearby city of Hull.
- William Riley Fisher seems to have lived his whole life in the state of Missouri, USA, where he was born 1873, married Elsie Huckaby 1902, had 8 children and died 1930.
- These are clearly two different individuals and it is unlikely that their paths would ever cross.
